This month, Big Finish is releasing two new adaptations of Fourth Doctor comic strips originally published in Doctor Who Weekly in 1979-80. Doctor Who and the Iron Legion and Doctor Who and the Star Beast were originally written by Pat Mills and John Wagner with art by Dave Gibbons; both have been adapted by Alan Barnes.

In Doctor Who and the Iron Legion it’s 1979 AD and robot veterans of the Eternal War have conquered the English village of Stockbridge. Can the Doctor uncover the secret of the Galactic Roman Empire?
